Job Description

As an HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Developing compensation and benefits plans.
  • Supporting and suggesting improvements to the entire recruitment process.
  • Hosting in-house recruitment events.
  • Discussing employees' career development paths with managers.
  • Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
  • Organising quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • An academic background in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in the F&B industry.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of labour legislation.
