Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the factory’s business needs and overall company goals.

Manage and optimize all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development.

Establish and improve HR policies and procedures to ensure compliant, efficient, and standardized operations.

Participate in organizational structure design and manpower planning to enhance operational efficiency.

Handle employee relations matters, including onboarding, offboarding, labor contract management, and dispute resolution.

Promote corporate culture initiatives to enhance employee cohesion and sense of belonging.

Lead safety training, occupational health programs, and coordinate with government inspections and audits.

Regularly report HR data, talent reviews, and improvement proposals to management, supporting strategic decision-making.

Manage and control labor costs, improve workforce efficiency, and reduce employee turnover rates.
