HR Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, or Management
2. Minimum 3 years in manager level of experience in HR & General Affairs
3. Proven experience in recruitment and talent management
4. Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, BPJS, and labor regulations
5. Experience handling permits and administrative matters with government institutions
6. Ability to manage office operations and employee facilities
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and execute the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
2. Manage and ensure the payroll process is accurate and timely
3. Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime calculations
4. Handle administrative matters related to BPJS Health & Employment
5. Coordinate with government institutions regarding labor regulations and permits
6. Manage General Affairs, including office operations and company assets
