Job summary

A leading logistics company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance appraisal systems. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Law, or HR Management and have at least 5-10 years of experience, preferably in shipping and forwarding. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-10 years of experience as HR Manager, especially in shipping and forwarding.
  • Ability to design and implement training programs for warehouse staff.
  • Experience in managing recruitment and selection processes.

Job description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Design, implement, and monitor training programs for warehouse staff, focusing on skills development, compliance, and performance improvement.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Develops and implements compensation structures that align with company goals and ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Responsible for all employee activities in warehouse

Employee services and counseling

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree / Master degree of Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management from reputable university
  • At least 5-10 years of experience as HR Manager, having experience as HR Manager in shipping and forwarding company will be plus point
  • Excellent in communication skills, leadership, analytical thinking
  • Deep knowledge in industrial organization, general affairs, recruitment & development, payroll (compensation & benefit), etc
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), able to speak Mandarin will be plus point
  • Based in Marunda - Jakarta Utara or able to work in Marunda area. Able to join as soon as possible
