Develop and implement human resource plans aligned with company strategy and operational needs, ensuring legal compliance;
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding, ensuring compliance with regulations;
Oversee employee procedures for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and promotions, maintaining standardized workflows;
Maintain accurate and complete employee records and archives;
Address employee relations issues, resolve complaints, and foster a harmonious workplace environment;
Design and execute compensation and benefits programs compliant with local labor laws;
Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies;
Conduct performance evaluations and assessments;
Monitor updates to Indonesian labor laws and regulations, adjusting company policies to mitigate legal risks;
Handle labor-related legal matters, including representing the company in arbitration or litigation.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred;
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Minimum 5 years of administrative and HR management experience in manufacturing or factory environments, preferably in Indonesia;
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and related regulations, with proven experience in labor risk prevention;
Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training development;
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, etc.);
Outstanding organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds;
Proactive work ethic, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure;
High professional integrity and confidentiality awareness.
