With operations spanning across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Dubai, Indonesia, and China, we serve diverse customers ranging from global corporations to local businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination to attract top talent in the renewable energy sector.
  3. Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and continuous professional growth.
  4. Administer performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  5. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  6. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
  7. Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and provide solutions to promote a positive work environment.
  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up to date with industry standards.
  9. Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
  10. Conduct regular audits of HR processes and policies to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
  11. Lead data collection and analysis of ESG program on site.
  12. Lead on-site safety agenda, driving safety improvement and related environment and safety audits.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, preferably in the FMCG industries.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  6. A passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
  7. Experience in implementing safety and environment audits.
