Your Role in This Journey

As the HR Manager, you will lead strategic HR initiatives to attract and develop top talent, foster a purpose-driven culture, and ensure fair recognition and rewards.

You will act as the key link between our Indonesian operations and headquarters in Korea, leading HR as a core driver of business performance. You will also ensure continuous communication and alignment so that the core values and HR programs of the headquarters are implemented in Indonesia with consistent standards and direction.

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with a strong track record in talent strategy, team development, and building an engaging workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Strategy and Culture: Develop and implement HR strategies that attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand. Promote our core values through HR practices and communication to build a unified, purpose-driven culture. Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment where employees feel valued and inspired.
  • Performance and Rewards: Design and operate fair, transparent performance evaluation systems linked to clear career paths and development opportunities. Ensure compensation and recognition programs reward both capability and results. Partner with leaders to embed a high-performance mindset across all levels.
  • Recruitment and Development: Lead end-to-end recruitment, ensuring every hire aligns with our cultural and skill requirements. Design onboarding and training programs that accelerate integration and professional growth. Identify capability gaps and implement development initiatives to build organizational strength.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, driving open communication and collaboration. Proactively address issues and cultivate a positive, innovative work environment.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee daily HR processes to support strategic priorities efficiently and compliantly. Localize HR policies and procedures to align with Indonesian regulations and practices while maintaining global standards.

Who We’re Excited to Meet

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience working at a global headquarters, in overseas assignments, or collaborating with multicultural teams
  • Experience managing teams of 5 or more people, with the ability to delegate tasks, and provide guidance
  • Proficient in documentation and reporting, including tools such as MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
