About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team at PT Tayang Group Indonesia. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

- Design and manage performance management systems and KPIs.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies.

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

Maintain and update HRIS and personnel records.

Support organizational development initiatives such as culture building, change management, and engagement programs.

Coordinate with legal and finance for HR-related compliance and audit PT Tayang Group Indonesia

What we're looking for

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and BPJS regulations

Experience in handling industrial relations and dispute resolution.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage and develop a high-performing HR team.

Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written).
