- Mentor and coach department heads to enhance leadership capabilities and manage underperformance effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business Development, department heads, Dans Academy) to support resource planning, training, and continuous development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to protect and enhance the company's reputation.
