Ensuring all things related to employee discipline, counseling, handling labor disputes/conflicts between employees, company, labor laws and regulations.
Providing information to all employees and other departments regarding labor laws and regulations, employment agreements, and Company Regulations.
Ensuring the administration of employment reporting (Mandatory Report of Manpower/ Wajib Lapor Tenaga Kerja).
Coordinating with team engagement to design and manage CSR programs (internal & external) in order to improve employee engagement and environment for area.
Fostering relationships with external parties (Mass Organization, Government stakeholders, and local community).
Legal process and administration for foreign workers involvement.
Reviewing and drafting the employee work agreement according to regulation and labor law.
Fulfill all HR SOP & Policy needed.
Ensuring HR Socialization and Education.
Building a good relationship & positive impression between the employee and company.
Criteria:
Male, above 35 years old.
Experience in HR Manager positions for more than 10 years in a Manufacturing Company.
