Position : HR IR Manager (Steel Component Manufacturer), Cikarang
Job Summary:
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading all human resources functions within the manufacturing plant. This role ensures HR strategies align with the company's goals while managing workforce planning, industrial relations, talent development, compliance, and employee engagement in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior management to forecast workforce needs and drive HR initiatives.
- Industrial & Employee Relations
- Manage union relationships and support collective bargaining agreements (if applicable).
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor law.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for plant and office employees.
- Develop retention strategies to minimize turnover, especially for skilled labor.
- Performance Management
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure fair evaluation standards.
- Coach managers on performance feedback and employee development plans.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate technical and soft skill development programs.
- Support succession planning for key operational roles.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Monitor market trends and recommend competitive compensation strategies.
- Manage payroll interface with finance and ensure benefits compliance.
- Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Head HR audits and reporting requirements to government or internal stakeholders.
- HR Administration & Systems
- Oversee accurate employee data management using HRIS systems.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and workforce productivity metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations.
- Experience handling union matters (if applicable).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
