This position is crucial to manage the daily operations of our Karawang Timur factory and ensure harmonious labor relations and compliance with all relevant labor laws. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all factory operations and HR practices strictly adhere to Indonesian labor laws and regulations (e.g., UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, etc.).
- Manage and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace disputes in a fair and timely manner, utilizing established company procedures and legal frameworks (bipartite, tripartite processes).
- If a labor union exists, maintain constructive relationships with union representatives, participate in collective bargaining negotiations, and ensure adherence to collective labor agreements (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama - PKB).
- Review, update, and implement company regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan - PP) and internal policies to align with current labor laws and best practices.
- Prepare and submit reports to relevant government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Manpower) as required by law. Maintain accurate records of all industrial relations cases, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on labor laws, industrial relations issues, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Proactively identify potential sources of conflict or dissatisfaction within the workforce and implement measures to prevent industrial disputes.
- Manage and oversee all vehicle fleet activities, including maintenance, scheduling, and driver coordination.
- Coordinate and facilitate travel arrangements, including ticket and hotel reservations.
- Supervise and manage the office assistant team, ensuring high standards for office and factory cleanliness and general upkeep.
- Review and evaluate contract documents related to general services.
- Oversee various other general services to support factory operations.
- Handle and coordinate in Recruitments for all site, factory and office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of direct experience in Industrial Relations, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, etc.).
- Proven experience in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes.
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse employee groups and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Karawang Timur factory.
Working hours are from 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday, and 08:00 - 14:00 on Saturdays.
