An established industry player is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead its HR team across Indonesia. This role involves setting strategic objectives, monitoring HR metrics, and designing effective compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of labor legislation. Set objectives for the HR team (Recruitment, OD, IR, C&B, GA, etc.) and track progress.
Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
Review and approve or modify budgets.
Design and implement company policies.
Monitor key HR metrics.
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
Create detailed reports on HR costs.
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, such as performance review tools.
Address employee queries (e.g., on compensation and labor regulations).
Responsible for all General Affair activities.
Working Location: All over Indonesia.
