An established industry player is seeking fresh graduates for a 2-year training program in HR. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Participants will engage in job rotations across key HR areas, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of HR operations. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Law, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. This program aims to develop future HR leaders who can contribute effectively to the organization.
Assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
Support in handling employment legal documents, contracts, and ensuring adherence to labor law regulations.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help implement HR strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to support HR projects and administrative tasks.
Learn and apply best practices in HR operations and organizational development.
Fresh graduates’ degree in Law.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Interest or basic knowledge in Human Resources, labor law, or industrial relations.
Good analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to learn and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Note:
This for 2 Years training program includes job rotations across key HR functions.
Upon successful completion, candidates may be placed in a role in HR Department.
