Job summary

Kredivo Group in Indonesia seeks a senior HR Governance & Compliance leader to oversee policy development, audits, and workforce governance.

You will ensure regulatory compliance for employment, maintain HR data integrity, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams. This role requires strong documentation discipline, English proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, law, or related field.
• 7–10 years HR experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in fintech, payment services, banking, or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and HR practices.
• Experience in governance, audit, compliance, policy development, and employee documentation.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs, guidelines, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment regulations and fintech rules.
• Coordinate audits and provide HR documents for regulatory requests.
• Maintain employment contracts and documentation governance.
• Monitor HR data accuracy and confidentiality in HRIS.
• Oversee performance reviews, promotions, and salary reviews.
• Manage employee relations cases with Legal and Risk teams.
• Coordinate training and competency records with L&D and Compliance.
• Identify HR process improvements and drive automation.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, TA, Payroll, Compliance, Legal, and Risk.
