About The Role

As our People & Culture Officer, you will manage all HR functions end-to-end, including talent acquisition, onboarding, HR administration, people development, cultural engagement, and General Affairs. You will also play a critical role in ensuring a healthy, productive, and growth-driven work environment while directly supporting strategic organizational initiatives alongside the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer HR documentation, including employment contracts, personnel data, and attendance systems.
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs to accelerate new hire adaptation.
- Facilitate performance monitoring processes and assist in performance reviews.
- Plan and manage General Affairs functions: office procurement, facility maintenance, and internal event support.
- Actively foster and reinforce a positive workplace culture aligned with DEMAR’s core values.
- Administer BPJS, support payroll processing, and ensure full compliance with labor regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal operational support and workplace needs.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic organization development and people improvement projects.
- Identify employee development needs and organize relevant learning & training programs.
- Manage and facilitate regular performance reviews and assist leaders in evaluating team growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Development Specialist.
- Strong understanding of HR administration, labor law compliance, and people development programs.
- Experienced in handling General Affairs responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
