Hi, Semesta Group, the holding company of RWE Digital Agency, is currently seeking passionate and capable individuals to join us in this role.

Job Descriptions

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
2. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.
3. Handle HR documentation, contracts, and reporting.
4. Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
5. Conduct training and development programs as needed.
6. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
7. Assist in any other HR-related tasks as required.

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in the HR field.
3. Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices. (Poin +)
4. Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
7. Can join immediately.
