Le rôle comprend la gestion des données des employés, la paie, ainsi que la communication efficace entre la direction et les employés. Le candidat idéal devra posséder un diplôme S1, une expérience significative en RH, et d'excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle.

Job description

Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings and interviews to onboarding - training new employees.

Employee Administration: Managing employee data and documentation (employment agreements, attendance, leave, etc.) and regularly updating the employee database.

Employee Payroll: Kompensasi dan Benefit: Assisting in the payroll process and benefits administration (Salary, BPJS, THR, bonuses, etc.).

Employee Relationship: Handling employee complaints and workplace relationship issues, while maintaining effective communication between management and employees.

Employee Gathering

Notes: The working hours is from 09.00AM - 17.30AM, Sometimes Work from Bekasi, Accommodation will be provided by the company if working from Bekasi.

Requirements :

Have S1 Bachelor Degree from any majors (preferable Law, Psychology, Communications)

Minimum 1+ years HR experience, with focus on recruitment, employee relations, administration, and payroll.

Having knowledge and willing to handle a whole process of HR administrative matters

Good interpersonal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
