Manages and enhances daily HR operations.
Performs administrative tasks related to HR, such as generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for office & supervisory/management positions, a recruitment plan, appraisal, assist with employee onboarding procedures and calendar according to operation and sales projections especially on recruiting restaurant FOH and BOH crews.
Providing ongoing training and creating performance management plans and overseeing the entire process of training and KPI evaluation.
Addresses general affairs issues, taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
Stays informed about trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and advancements in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Oversees and takes action regarding industrial and government relations.
Ensures compliance with labor laws, manages HR policies, and oversees administrative tasks such as record-keeping and payroll support.
Creates onboarding plans and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
Maintains physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
Creates employee engagement plans, gets necessary budget approval, and initiates activities.
Evaluates employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly.
