Job description

Manage and oversee the day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and training and development

Supervise HR administration activities to ensure compliance with applicable procedures and regulations

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Conduct coaching and counseling for all employees to minimize disputes.

Ensure continuous improvement processes in HR by updating methods, processes, or systems to support operational activities efficiently.

Ensure timely availability of management reports.

Collaborate with Director to develop job competencies, employee development programs, and their implementation.

Supervise the execution of the performance management system

Coordinate and manage the general affairs of the organization, such as facilities management, office administration, and procurement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR operations and compliance.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably within the retail, manufacturing, or logistics industry,etc.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Knowledge of HR functions (benefits, recruitment, learning & development)

Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

Professional demeanour and proactive approach to solving challenges.

Proven ability to manage upwards, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with senior leadership
