Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Généraliste RH & GA pour gérer tous les aspects des ressources humaines et des affaires générales. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience dans la gestion des employés, la conformité aux lois, et sera capable de soutenir les opérations quotidiennes de l'entreprise. The HR & GA Generalist is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and general affairs within the company. This includes handling employee administration, payroll coordination, recruitment processes, compliance with labor regulations, and overseeing office facilities to support smooth daily operations.
Human Resources:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and personal files (physical and digital)
Draft employment contracts, warning letters, and HR-related documents
Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime; compile payroll data and coordinate with finance
Handle any requirement in regards to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan, insurance, and any other employee benefit administration
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit processes
Support employee performance documentation and evaluation tracking
Handle basic employee relations and respond to internal inquiries
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and manpower office requirements
Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and supply availability (stationery, uniforms, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, canteen)
Manage and track office inventory, assets, and employee ID cards
Schedule vehicle/driver use and monitor maintenance (if applicable)
Organize basic company activities (e.g., staff gatherings, training logistics, health checks)
Support operational document filing, licenses, and correspondence
Qualifications:
Minimum D3 or S1 in any major (preferably HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration)
At least 1–2 years of experience in HR or GA roles
Familiar with Indonesian labor law and BPJS systems
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, etc.)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
