Job description

Established in Jakarta in 2023, PT Delonix Group Indonesia is a subsidiary company of Delonix Group - China. Delonix Group is a global investment and tourism group, which its core business mainly focuses on offline consumer sectors such as hotels, restaurants, and airport lounges. The group's investment portfolio includes over 1,600 managed and contracted hotels, spread across major tourist and business centers worldwide, with a total of over 245,000++ rooms.

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of HR & GA policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure the fulfilment of human resources requirements following the workforce needs plan as well as the needs of other organizations.
  • Keep up-to-date candidate data as a talent pool for future hiring needs, periodically report the recruitment process to the user and Head of HRGA.
  • Build good relationships and networks with qualified candidates or the company's talent pool.
  • Complete personal documents of new hires and manpower fulfillment related documents.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
  • Manage the company's general administrative tasks, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor relations.
  • Support the Head of HRGA in various strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in talent acquisition, with experience in the hotel industry.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Demonstrating resilience, a strong work ethic, and a sense of responsibility.
