Ensure the implementation of government and company’s regulation/procedure are going based on rules in management employees and all project employees.
Create SOP for every sub area in HR Department and employee’s handbook, all based on government regulation.
Leading & managing HR activities in the company including: recruitment, employee database and documents, general affair, payroll, compensation and benefits, income tax, foreigner working permit, disciplinary action and plan.
Payroll Internal Employees & Manpower Project report consist of: Salary, Income Tax, Insurance (BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan).
Monthly and Yearly Income Tax Calculation & Reporting to system & Tax Office BPJS registration and payment.
Managing employee termination, mutation and promotion.
Salary payment process, input and update to BPJS for new employee and resign employee and the salary, input and upload to Tax system for all employee’s tax.
Preparing Cost Report Internal & Manpower every month to superior and finance.
Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related or equivalent.
Good English Skill (both oral and written) is a must; Mandarin will be a plus.
At least 10 years of working experience in Labor Supply, Outsourcing, Head Hunter, Construction and the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): human resource, recruitment, compensation & benefit, payroll, industrial relation, legal, expat permit, administration.
Good understanding and updating skills in labor law (Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan).
Preferably have experience with Huawei.
Have great analytical thinking, conceptual and administrative skills.
