Minimum 5 years experience in HRD Management as HR Manager, including recruitment, employment, performance management, training and development, and administrative control of personnel (attendance, leave, employment contracts, employment agreements, payroll, etc.). Familiarity with performance appraisal and labor law in retail is essential.
Experience handling over 500 employees.
Good leadership and managerial skills.
