Analyse Business Leaders needs , aligning people initiatives with business objectives Support workforce planning, organisation design, and talent strategies for assigned business units Drive effective performance management, employee engagement, and capability development Advise managers on employee relations, policies, disciplinary actions, and compliance Support talent management processes including hiring, succession planning, and development Analyse HR data and trends to provide insights and recommendations Support change management initiatives and reinforce culture and values
