A leading Indonesian trade company is seeking an experienced HR Manager responsible for recruitment, employee performance, compliance management, and office logistics. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, possess a Bachelor's degree, and have strong communication skills. Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing: Develop recruitment plans, post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, handle labor contract signing, and register for social insurance & housing funds.
Employee Performance & Attendance: Calculate employee salaries including basic pay, allowances, and bonuses; maintain accurate and compliant attendance records.
Office & Logistics Management: Manage daily maintenance of office premises to ensure a safe and orderly work environment; oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies and control administrative costs.
Compliance Management: Monitor changes in Indonesian government policies (e.g., labor laws), promptly adjust company policies, and communicate them to employees to prevent compliance risks.
Company Policies: Develop HR and administrative policies, localize them based on local regulations and the company’s global policies.
Job Requirements:
• Good conduct, familiar with Indonesian labor laws, social insurance policies, and
strong compliance awareness.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written); Chinese language skills
preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or above; proficient in computer use and MS Office software.
• Excellent communication skills and service awareness; adept at cross-department coordination and government relations; strong conflict resolution skills
