Sebuah perusahaan terkemuka di Jakarta mencari HR&GA Manager untuk merencanakan dan mengelola program HR&GA. Dengan pengalaman 5 tahun dan pemahaman tentang regulasi ketenagakerjaan, kandidat diharapkan mampu mengelola beberapa unit bisnis dan menjalin hubungan baik dengan lingkungan. Posisi ini juga memerlukan keterampilan negosiasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik.
Plan, manage, and ensure the implementation of HR&GA program including:
· General HR&GA, Compensation & Benefit, Organization & People Development.
· Industrial Relationship.
· Relationships and communication between the Company and the environment (stakeholders).
· HSE.
QUALIFICATION :-
· 5 Years experienced in the same position.
· Able to manage multi business units (Contractor, Factory & retail).
· Good understanding and able to implement the regulations related to employment.
· Good understanding and able to implement Industrial Relations strategy & program.
· Experience in any HRIS systems.
· Good negotiations skill.
· Good leadership skill.
· Willing to be placed at Jakarta.
· More Credit if Certified in HSE (Ahli K3 Umum).
