An established industry player is seeking a skilled HRGA Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, training, and compliance activities. This role demands a minimum of 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of HR practices and labor regulations, ensuring effective solutions for staff management and compliance. Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR, administration and compliance activities including recruitment, conduct training, set up company policies/regulations, etc.
Perform daily operations of HR functions including staff attendance management and personnel records maintenance.
Handle staff disciplinary related issues and provide solution such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
Other ad hoc HRGA duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
Language: English Communicative to Business Level.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRGA Manager.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and demonstrated ability to provide effective HR solutions.
Familiarity with labor regulations, company regulations, and work permit regulations.
Understanding of foreign worker legality, company permit procedures, and reporting.
