As part of our ongoing expansion, we are now launching a new entity in Indonesia and are looking for a capable individual to join us as an HR & GA Assistant Manager to support our local operations.
Key Responsibilities
[Human Resources]
Recruitment and employee management
Payroll processing and performance management
Employee records and HR documentation
Office operations and maintenance
Procurement of IT assets (PCs, monitors, etc.)
Management of office supplies and equipment
[Accounting Support]
Basic accounting tasks and petty cash management
Expense tracking and support for financial reporting
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Korean communication (Preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and responsible approach to tasks
Well-organized and strong problem-solving ability
