Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (HRGA / General Affairs).
Strong knowledge of Indonesian business regulations and corporate law.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Manage employment contracts, BPJS (Employment and Health), and other employee administration.
Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee data management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Supervise procurement of office supplies, work equipment, and facility maintenance.
Manage company assets and day-to-day office operations.
Organize internal events and meetings when required.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers related to company operations.
Manage contracts and ensure cost efficiency in procurement.
Prepare and maintain important corporate documents, including reports for shareholders and board meetings.
Ensure proper organization and safekeeping of all company administrative records.
