A multinational corporation is seeking a Senior HR Officer in Batam, Indonesia. The candidate will handle full life-cycle recruiting, manage HR records, and promote a positive work environment. Applicants should have a degree in Law, Psychology, or related fields, and at least 5 years of senior HR experience. Strong skills in HR management and fluent English are essential. Deliver full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for interviews with hiring managers, and offer job candidates compensation packages.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring new hires are equipped with necessary information and resources.
Maintain HR records and databases, including employee files, attendance records, and HRIS updates. Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits, contract management, talent management, etc.
Handle housing for foreign employees, including administration for lease, renewal, and quotation searching from housing agencies.
Support general affairs such as guest handling, hotel accommodation, drivers’ arrangements, and others.
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure all employees and management are properly connected.
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Create, administer, and deliver training programs for businesses and organizations.
Coordinate and direct work activities for all employees.
Min. Degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or Business Administration.
At least 5 years of working experience as a Senior Officer or HR Executive.
Mastering the aspects of Human Resources Management in general, strategic HR, manpower planning, selection and recruitment, personnel administration, training, and people development, organization design, and industrial relations.
Excellent skills in MS Office and HR Application.
Well-versed in labor and manpower regulations in Indonesia.
Knowledge of QMS ISO 9001:2015 and Internal Audit System.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
