Job Descriptions

  • Act as an internal consultant to facilitate HR user requirements, analyze, and propose potential HR System improvements
  • Perform data processing & analytics to support HR digitalization
  • Collaborate across HR, IT, and end-users on HRIS enhancement, process improvement, and policy alignment
  • Assist in change management initiatives during HR System implementation and roll-out
  • Address ongoing issues in the system and coordinate with the software consultant to provide the solutions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Information Technology, Information System, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant majors from reputable universities
  • Has the experience in managing and implementing HR System. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good analytical skill
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well as a part of a team
  • Good communications skill in English both written and spoken
