Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical HR Development Analyst to join our Human Resources Division. This role contributes significantly to recruitment, training & development, and organization development. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, implementing employee training and development programs, and supporting organizational effectiveness initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the whole recruitment process cycle runs smoothly.
  • Coordinating with managers regarding the selection process schedule and comparison of candidate results
  • Responsible for creating and updating weekly, monthly, and annual recruitment reports.
  • Maintaining employee reports and data for Talent Management.
  • Analyzing training needs for employee development.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain employee development records.
  • Support job analysis, job description development, and competency mapping.
  • Analyzing and updating Organization Structure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment, learning & development, or OD.
  • Solid understanding of Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Fluent in English is an advantage.
  • Fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
