The HR Compensation / Payroll Coordinator manages payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation-related activities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant employee payments. The role also provides guidance on payroll-related queries and supports compensation programs to promote employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, verify, and process payroll data, including attendance, overtime, and leave.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, including salary, benefits, and deductions.
  • Administer employee benefits such as BPJS, insurance, and allowances.
  • Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Prepare payroll reports for internal and statutory purposes.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records.
  • Support compensation-related adjustments, bonuses, and salary structures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about payroll and benefits.
