About Our Client

Our client is a respected global player in its line of business. They are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to aid their transformative journey across their business.

Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into effective HR solutions.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead and support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
  • Collaborate with managers on employee development plans, coaching, and career progression.
  • Identify and address people-related needs proactively, including team dynamics, leadership support, and change management.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by gathering feedback, analyzing trends, and co-developing action plans.
  • Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with COEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to implement programs tailored to business needs.
  • Monitor HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and report insights to senior leadership.
  • Champion company culture and values, acting as a role model across all levels of the organization.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Between 10 - 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, Indonesian labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
