Responsible for developing and aligning the implementation of the overall Human Resource strategy.


Job Description

  • Develop and align the implementation of the overall Human Resource strategy.
  • Implement human resources policies, programs, and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigations, conflict resolution, learning and development, and talent acquisition in accordance with established guidelines, business needs, and sound administrative practices.
  • Act as the advisor to the business unit leaders in all areas related to human resource management and ensure flawless delivery of HR services in accordance with the needs of the business.
  • Engage employees and all operating business units and functions within the company, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding performance counseling, advice, and resolution on a broad range of human resources issues to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop and implement an effective succession management and career development plan and program, including policy, procedure, and process.
Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Management from a reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Solid HR operational knowledge with experience in building engagement with unions and the respective government.
