Overview

HR Associate | Staff Level – Ubud

The HR Associate supports daily HR operations, including recruitment assistance, HR administration, payroll data collection, employee relations, and HR documentation. The role acts as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and ensures smooth HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll.
  • Assist in benefits administration and employee engagement programs.
  • Provide support for employee relations matters and HR events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
