HR Consultant (talent management) with minimum 5 years of experience. Reports to: HR Manager (Pak Oddy).

- Experience in HR Consulting with focus on talent management, minimum 5 years.
- Report to HR Manager (Pak Oddy).

Ketrampilandan Pengetahuan / Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge and understanding about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements
- Knowledge and understanding about management system for environment, health and safety (EHS)
- Good knowledge of the organization
- Good understanding about recruitment and selection process
- Good understanding about government regulation related to labor
- Good understanding about the principles of training and development
- Understand about theory and practice of Knowledge Management
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Able to operate computer (e.g.; MS Office and other supporting software)

- Excellent in planning and organizing
