Overview

HR Consultant (talent management) with minimum 5 years of experience. Reports to: HR Manager (Pak Oddy).

Qualifications
  • Experience in HR Consulting with focus on talent management, minimum 5 years.
  • Report to HR Manager (Pak Oddy).
Additional Knowledge Requirements

Ketrampilandan Pengetahuan / Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and understanding about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding about management system for environment, health and safety (EHS)
  • Good knowledge of the organization
  • Good understanding about recruitment and selection process
  • Good understanding about government regulation related to labor
  • Good understanding about the principles of training and development
  • Understand about theory and practice of Knowledge Management
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Able to operate computer (e.g.; MS Office and other supporting software)

  • Excellent in planning and organizing
Responsibilities
