Job description
  • Supports the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department.
  • Managing recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, training development, industrial relations, HR Administration, and HR policy & compliance implementation within the company.
  • Ensures that HR practices align with the organization's strategic goals and labour regulations.
  • Assists HR Manager to develop and manage effective industrial relations strategies (ensuring compliance with labour regulations, facilitating communication between management and employees, and handling disputes and negotiations).
  • Any other tasks/projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP) certification.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, MS. PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
