Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  2. Conduct recruitment and initial interview of shortlisted candidates
  3. Provide orientation to newly hired employees
  4. Process and prepare reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, complaints, performance evaluation, etc)
  5. Perform payroll processing based on relevant data (absence, bonus, leave, etc)
  6. Update and maintain employee database (hard & soft copy as well as in HRIS)
  7. Address employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  8. Coordinate and cooperate with Head Office HR Team to align all HR Processes and procedures, recruitment, and policy.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, a degree in Human Resources or Psychology would be an advantage
  2. At least 3 years experience as HR personnel
  3. Hands-on experience with HRIS
  4. Good knowledge of HR and labor laws
  5. Self-driven with a 'can-do' attitude
  6. Strong communication skills
