Job summary

Job Description

  • Assisted in recruitment and selection, including job postings, screening candidates, and interview scheduling.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and leave management.
  • Support payroll administration, ensuring accurate attendance, overtime calculations, and BPJS administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Oversee office facilities, equipment, and supplies maintenance and management.
  • Manage vendor relationships and handle contract negotiations for office services.
  • Maintain proper filing of all HR and GA documents, ensuring confidentiality and accurate records
  • Assist the Superior and ensure the tasks run smoothly.

Job Requirements

  • A major in Human Resources Management is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong English ability and actively speak English in daily conversation
  • Mandarin Speaker is a plus
  • Strong experience in the HR field (proficient in salary management, recruitment management, and employee relationship management, such as handling employee dismissal talks, etc.), familiar with Indonesian labor laws, and capable of formulating company rules and regulations.
  • Experience using job portals (JobStreet, Glints, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Honest, disciplined, diligent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independently as well as in a team
