HR Administrator/Generalist

The mission
The mission is to support the sustainable, inclusive and profitable growth of nano-purification solutions Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. delivering an exceptional employee experience, continuously helping to develop the team, fostering a “growth mindset” culture and securing the right level of Competence, Confidence and Commitment. This role reports to the Country Manager for nano-purification solutions Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd and will be a key member of the team. To be successful, it is fundamental for the candidate to perform in the following areas:
- Provide HR administrative support to ensure smooth running of daily HR operations, including but not limited to Recruitment, Training and Development as well as Compensation & Benefit.
- Responsible for processing payroll, CPF, and income tax.
- Manage and maintain leave and expenses claims.
- Manage new staff onboarding, probationary evaluation, and exit process.
- Maintain and ensure accurate HR database and up-to-date employees’ records.
- Co-ordinate employees’ insurance renewal and updates.
- Keep abreast of the latest government’s initiatives, regulations, requirements and responsible for work passes application/renewal/cancellation and related government claims (NS/Maternity/Childcare/Paternity) and grants.
- Manage travel bookings including air tickets, accommodation, and visa arrangements.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance skills and career growth.
- Manage office services/maintenance such as pantry, office supplies, copier maintenance, contract renewal, etc.
- Support company events, staff engagement activities, and office administration.
- Provide support for Country Manager.
- Preparation of reports as required by the Group.
- Any ad-hoc assignments.
What we expect from you?
- Diploma in Business / Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years HR experience in related field with experience in payroll processing preferred.
- Familiar with Government regulations and Singapore Employment Law.
- Positive working attitude, meticulous, and organised.
- People-oriented, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
