The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions to support company operations. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, office administration, and compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in fostering a productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  1. Oversee end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s objectives.
  3. Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on career development plans.
  4. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  6. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  7. Organize training programs and team development initiatives.
  8. Monitor and manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in collaboration with finance.

Administration:

  1. Supervise day-to-day administrative functions including office maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
  2. Manage contracts and relationships with service providers (e.g., security, cleaning, travel).
  3. Ensure the smooth operation of facilities and address any office-related issues.
  4. Maintain records, licenses, and company legal documentation as required.
  5. Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  6. Support the leadership team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar HR & Admin role.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR systems, labour law, and administrative procedures.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  6. Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
