Une entreprise de renom à Jakarta est à la recherche d'un Manager Général des Ressources Humaines et Administration. Ce rôle implique la supervision complète du cycle de vie des employés, la gestion des salaires et des avantages, et le soutien au développement des compétences des employés. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience en RH, une bonne connaissance des pratiques internationales et sera bilingue en anglais et en indonésien.
1.As the General Manager of HR & Admin, oversee human resources and general administrative matters.
2. Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment and performance management to employee development, engagement and termination.
3. Manage payroll and employee benefits while ensuring applicable labour laws and regulations.
4. Organise training and development activities to improve the skills and knowledge of employees.
5. Act as the main point of contact for all HR related enquiries, providing support and advice to managers and employees.
6. Maintain accurate human resource records and prepare reports as necessary.
7. Assist in the overall administrative operations of the organisation.
Requirements
*Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field from a reputable university in Indonesia.
*Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative position. Previous experience in Indonesian state-owned enterprises is preferred.
*Able to adapt to domestic as well as international travelling.
*Proficient in Recruitment, Training, Performance, Compensation, Employee Relations and Administration modules and familiar with international HR best practices.
*Proficient in administrative operations management, office management, and cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
*Excellent oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin preferred.
*Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
*Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
