Job description

Acer Indonesia is looking for HR Admin (3-months contract).

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining and processing employee’s administration (from onboarding to offboarding)
  2. Processing employee claim and benefit (glasses, maternity, and insurance)
  3. Processing HR administration (PR, CSR system, and BPJS Kesehatan)
  4. Creating entertainment report
  5. Conducting assessment for learning & development program
  6. Planning and executing learning & development program
  7. Evaluating and reporting learning & development program
  8. Providing additional data for payroll (deduction for employee purchase, excess of claim from insurance, and additional premi insurance)
  9. Maintaining policy and HR internal system (SAP)
  10. Complying the process based on ISO
  11. Providing insurance and phone claim data for tax report (PPH 21)
  12. Maintaining employee purchase and declaration data
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in any major
  2. Min 2 years' experience in similar position
  3. Familiar with HRIS and Excel
  4. Attentive to detail and problem solver
