An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to manage employee administration and enhance learning and development initiatives. In this role, you will maintain HR systems, process employee claims, and ensure compliance with ISO standards. You will also play a key role in evaluating and reporting on development programs, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Maintaining and processing employee’s administration (from onboarding to offboarding)
Processing employee claim and benefit (glasses, maternity, and insurance)
Processing HR administration (PR, CSR system, and BPJS Kesehatan)
Creating entertainment report
Conducting assessment for learning & development program
Planning and executing learning & development program
Evaluating and reporting learning & development program
Providing additional data for payroll (deduction for employee purchase, excess of claim from insurance, and additional premi insurance)
Maintaining policy and HR internal system (SAP)
Complying the process based on ISO
Providing insurance and phone claim data for tax report (PPH 21)
Maintaining employee purchase and declaration data
Bachelor's Degree in any major
Min 5 years' experience in similar position
Familiar with HRIS and Excel
Attentive to detail and problem solver
