Qualifications
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel (data statistics), Word, and HR management software (e.g., Kinhr)
- Language Requirement: Fluent in Chinese and Indonesian (both written and spoken); English is a plus
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Labor and Social Security, or related majors
- Work Experience: 3 - 5 years of HR work experience in manufacturing enterprises; familiar with Indonesian labor laws is preferred

Specific Job Requirements

Recruitment Management:
- Formulate local recruitment plans based on production and business needs, including determining recruitment channels (e.g., local job platforms, campus recruitment, and internal referrals) for workshop operators, technical workers, and office staff.
- Organize recruitment processes such as resume screening, initial interviews, and coordination with department heads for secondary interviews; track the entry status of new employees and conduct induction follow-ups within 1 month.
- Establish a talent pool for key positions (e.g., equipment maintenance engineers) and update candidate information regularly.

Employee Relationship Management:
- Handle daily employee inquiries regarding labor contracts, social security, and welfare policies; assist in signing, renewing, and terminating labor contracts in accordance with Indonesian labor laws to avoid labor disputes.
- Organize employee welfare activities (e.g., holiday condolences, team-building activities) and collect employee satisfaction feedback quarterly; propose improvement plans for existing problems.
- Coordinate with the administration department to handle employee disciplinary issues and ensure the implementation of company rules and regulations in a fair and reasonable manner.

Personnel Affairs Handling:
- Manage employee personnel files, including collecting, sorting, and archiving personal information, academic certificates, and work experience materials; update employee information in the HR system in a timely manner.
- Handle social security and insurance procedures for employees (in accordance with Indonesian local policies) and calculate and verify employee attendance, overtime hours, and salary deductions monthly.
- Assist in organizing employee training, such as new employee induction training (company culture, safety production) and skill improvement training for workshop employees; track training effects.

Ad - hoc Tasks:
- Assist in compiling monthly HR reports (e.g., turnover rate, recruitment completion rate) and provide data support for management decisions.
- Cooperate with the Chinese headquarters' HR department to complete cross-border personnel work, such as the registration of Chinese employees in Indonesia.
