About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR professional to join our team at PT.HEADWAY FIBER CABLE INDONESIA' as a full-time HR specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. As a key member of our growing organisation, you will play a crucial part in shaping our company culture and supporting the development of our talented workforce.

What you'll be doing

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires

Administer employee benefits, payroll, and leave management

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations

Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, such as performance management and disciplinary matters

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees

Analyse HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making

Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR-related matters

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations, as well as best practices in HR management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels

Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis

Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
