What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Specific responsibilities include:

• Allocating work duties to team members
• Performing routine inspections of check-out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms
• Reporting and following up on maintenance defects or issues
• Inspecting service areas, storerooms, and corridors regularly
• Scheduling and supervising deep cleaning and projects
• Managing and training Room Attendants and team members to meet performance standards
• Managing stock control and equipment maintenance efficiently
• Providing excellent guest service, including VIP and special requirements
• Ensuring adherence to hotel brand standards at all times

Ideal candidates are those with experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping, a track record of team management, strong organizational and analytical skills, a passion for guest service, and proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
