Job summary

You will work closely with front desk and engineering to ensure guest comfort, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional service in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year housekeeping or related experience acceptable.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related major; work experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations and budgets to ensure efficient service.
• Coordinate with engineering for guest room maintenance and repair needs.
• Ensure OSHA regulations are up to date and manage lost-and-found procedures.
• Inspect guestrooms and public spaces for quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Lead and supervise staff to maintain high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor linen inventory and supplies; manage ordering and stock levels.
